Good subject bad formatting and infomercial

This books contents is good I would give the content 2 stars but the horrible formatting and the feeling you are watching an infomercial while reading is to hard to get over. Oh wait, it is kind of an infomercial as it directs you a few times to a website for audio and video and pdf links but that is an additional fee per month out side of this book for the coaching service that is hinted at in the meat of the book. If the flatout said to purchase additional resources go to this link I would give it three stars.
I cannot stress enough how horrid the formatting is. No real paragraphs, everything is double if not triple spaced between lines, words are merged. This is not a device setting as I actually tried in on three different devices. Formatting would give it a one star but combined with an ok content but infomercial approach it still only gets one star.

Of course all opinions are subjective and more so than usually when rating the usefulness of a self-help book.
I found this book to be well structured and display tailor made "solutions" for a wide number of situations in which one might be faced with jealousy. For my taste however they seem overly simplified and boil down to the author telling you: just don't do that, or just don't think about that and the emotion will not be triggered. he stops short of telling you to not feel that, but not by much. I found no useful tools or techniques or exercises in the book to help you achieve these goals.
